Free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and service areas will be confirmed before checkout is enabled.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Carolina’s Closet purchase! Since we are a small business, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and have all original tags attached.

Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, including:

• Clearance and sale items
• Items purchased from our $8 rack
• Accessories
• Items marked “Final Sale”

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges for online orders.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.
